A cookie is a small text file of information stored on your computer. In this instance, once you have logged in successfully, we set a cookie saying that you have access to the site.
If you do not have cookies enabled, then you will be forced to login on each page of the website.
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab > Click Advanced > Check “Override automatic cookie handling” > Be sure that both of the radio buttons are set to accept > Check “Always allow session cookies”
Go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Check “Accept cookies from sites”
Go to the Safari Menu > Preferences > Make sure the “Accept Cookies” radio button is set to “Only from sites you navigate to”
